Our custom membership is our most popular offering! You will receive an individualized workout program written specifically for you by a coach who will take into account your goals, your workout history, and any injuries or health considerations you might have. This membership also comes with coaching sessions where you will receive instruction and guidance on how to perform exercises properly and how to progress from week to week.
Our group membership offers unlimited access to our group classes. Unlike other group exercise environments where you’re simply a number in a crowded room, in our group classes our instructors make sure they know everyone by name, understand how to modify exercises to fit specific needs, and follow an intelligently programmed class design! Our well-rounded class offerings assure that you will get the most out of your group membership!
Our Sports Performance Programs are designed for athletes at the Middle School, High School & Collegiate levels who are in the off season, looking to try something new, or simply looking to workout with their friends in a fun and energetic atmosphere. We pride ourselves on teaching safe movement and require our athletes to show proper technique before adding intensity.
