Our Middle School sports performance program geared towards middle school athletes from 6th grade to 8th grade.
The program provides all the fundamentals of successful performance training in convenient two-day a week, 60 minutes a day sessions.

About Our Programs

Our program classes are 75 minutes in length each. We offer programs with 2, 3, or 4-classes per week.

2 Day

Our two-day program is our most popular program amongst active or off-season athletes. You can attend Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays.

3 Day

For advanced athletes or those not participating in any other activity during the period, we recommend our three-day program. Sessions start Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays or Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

4 Day

Our four-day program is the ultimate sports performance program reserved for high school athletes and is reserved for summer periods only Monday to Thursday.

Monday - Thursday: 5am-11am, 3pm-6pm

Sunday: Closed (rest day!)

Gym Details

We have two gender neutral bathrooms. We do not have a large locker room or changing area, so please plan accordingly when joining us for a class or training session!
