Class Schedule

We offer a flexible training schedule for our clients. Check out our weekly schedule for each of our programs below.

Drop In Policy
Members of out-of-town facilities are welcome to drop in to any of our normally scheduled group coaching sessions. The drop-in fee is $20 for a class and can be book above or through Mindbody. We look forward to seeing you at Hanley Strength!


Open Gym Policy
During this time, we are offering Open Gym for our active members only during the hours listed on the schedule. Please reserve your spot before coming in.


Private Coaching 
Hanley Strength coaches are available for  coaching sessions throughout the day. To inquire about or schedule coaching with one of our coaches, please give us a call at 609-551-4980.

New To Class?

Don’t worry a coach is always available to help regress any exercises you may need to work up to. We are here to help!

Gym Hours

Monday - Thursday: 6am-11am, 3pm-6pm
Friday: 6am-11am, 3pm-5pm
Saturday: 8am-11am
Sunday: Closed (rest day!)

Gym Details

We have two gender neutral bathrooms. We do not have a large locker room or changing area, so please plan accordingly when joining us for a class or training session!
