Small Group Training at Hanley Strength is a semi-private coaching experience where a coach leads a small cohort of participants through strength-building, conditioning, and movement-improving workouts.

Sports Performance Training

As part of every training pathway at Hanley Strength, we offer elements of our Sports Performance training model to help you move better, train smarter, and build lasting athletic ability. Originally designed for youth athletes, the same performance principles—such as mastering foundational movement patterns, improving strength and conditioning, enhancing balance and coordination, and refining athletic positioning—are integrated into our personal and group coaching sessions. This approach helps reduce injury risk, boosts physical confidence, and accelerates progress whether you’re training for sport, everyday life, or long-term health.

Most gyms offer group classes that follow a one-size-fits-all workout with minimal coaching. At Hanley Strength Systems, our Small Group Training is different—we combine the individualized attention of personal training with the energy and accountability of a group environment.

Every session is coach-led, intentionally programmed, and adapted to each individual in the room. That means you’re never guessing what to do, rushing through movements, or left without feedback. Your coach knows your goals, understands your limitations, and adjusts exercises in real time to make sure you’re training safely and effectively.
