MIKE HANLEY

Hanley Strength was built on the belief that great coaching changes lives—not just bodies. Led by Mike Hanley, Hanley Strength delivers results-driven training rooted in education, experience, and a long-term approach to health and performance.

Mike is a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, CrossFit Level 1 Coach, and USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach, bringing a well-rounded coaching background that blends strength training, conditioning, and sustainable nutrition strategies. As a National-Level Masters Weightlifter, Mike continues to train and compete at a high level, allowing him to coach from real-world experience—not just textbooks.

With over 20 years of coaching experience, Mike has worked with a wide range of individuals—from competitive athletes to adults focused on fat loss, strength, and overall health. His coaching style emphasizes proper movement, intelligent programming, and consistency, helping clients achieve results safely and confidently.

Beyond training, Mike is passionate about helping people develop a positive relationship with food and their bodies. He believes nutrition should support performance, recovery, and long-term health—not restriction or guilt. By teaching clients how to use food as fuel, Mike helps them build habits that last far beyond the gym.
