I would like to know how you maintain size and strength during a cycle of fat loss circuits. A video about that, possibly taking us through a workout, would be awesome. Thanks for all of the great training information you provide.
Great to see the new couch is useful! Proper form and technique, where you should be feeling it the most, and what muscle groups it’s working. I am always curious. Also, how about some Juliet?? Excellent idea Mike.

How to get a bigger bench. I’ve been stuck at the 280-290 mark for a while now and would love to get 315 on there soon? Any suggestions?
