The Hanley Strength System’s high performance nutrition plan will ensure that you will achieve your goals as quickly as possible.

Allow Hanley Strength Systems to remove the guess work by designing a customized nutrition and supplementation program based upon your individual needs and desires. After gathering all of the information he needs from you, Mike Hanley will design a plan just for you. To ensure that you continue to progress, your plan will be modified regularly—usually about every two to four weeks. Additionally, your efforts will be supported every step of the way via unlimited email and/or phone contact.

In addition to the completeness of this program, one of the reasons for this program’s popularity is the price. At only $100 per month, this comprehensive service is quite affordable. Not only does this program include unlimited contact and updates to your specific plan, it also includes a customized cardiovascular training program (if needed) to enhance and ensure your fat loss efforts.

Due to today’s technology, this service can successfully be done from a distance. In fact, almost half of Hanley Strength Systems clients who utilize this service do so without ever meeting in person and with all the success of those who are in town and do meet in person.

Much like the having your nutrition program designed, having your training program specifically designed for you will ensure that you’re not wasting a minute in the gym with ineffective training practices. Mike Hanley will design your program to help you achieve your specific goals and based upon the equipment that you have available to you. Every aspect of your routine will be laid out for you including: exercises, sets, reps, and rest intervals.

Whether your goal is to compete in a bodybuilding, powerlifting, fitness competition, or perform better in your chosen sport, or simply look and feel better, having a training routine made precisely for you will ensure that you are working toward your goals as safely and effectively as possible. When used in conjunction with the Nutrition Program Design service (which is highly recommended), the Training Program Design service is only $50 per month.

The online coaching program is for clients with long term commitment to their goals. This service provides ongoing coaching that the one time programs do not provide. As your needs and goals change your program and diet will be altered as required for the best results possible. The coaching program, as well as unlimited email support, also includes two thirty minute online consultations per month. Phone Consultation
Our Most Versatile Service

Doing a phone consult with Mike Hanley is an effective way to learn a lot of information in a short period of time. Pulling from his extensive knowledge and experience in fitness, Mike will be glad to discuss training, nutrition, supplementation, health, motivation, injury prevention and management.

Personal Training – Train Smart!

If you reside in or around Morganville, NJ area you should certainly consider training one-on-one with Mike Hanley. Known for extensive knowledge in the biomechanics of training, Mike will guide you through workouts that are not only safer, but far more effective than you could likely ever do on your own. After all, training smart is more important than training hard.

You may choose to have your training supervised on a regular basis, or you may do so for a limited number of sessions in order to learn how to train with proper form and technique so you can go at it on your own. You may even choose to train with a friend of similar fitness level, which will lower costs per person. A very limited number of personal training slots are available.
